Send the details that let a forwarder assess the complete shipment.
Route
Provide the Canadian pickup city and postal code, the destination country, city and full delivery point. Say whether collection and final delivery are required.
Cargo
List the goods, piece count, packed dimensions, gross weight, cargo value and any special handling needs. Mention dangerous goods or batteries at the start.
Timing and handoff
Give the cargo readiness date, any deadline, and the person responsible for customs and destination delivery. Ask for a written description of what the price includes.
