Shipping forms

Upload completed documents on your booking page (the link is in your quote email).

Packing rule: All shipments must be crated or palletized on heat-treated wood (ISPM 15). A1 can palletize at the receiving warehouse for USD 50 per pallet, including shrink wrap; palletizing increases the measured volume.

Every shipment

• Packing list: your draft packing list is attached to your quote email. Check it, sign it and upload it.

Personal effects

• Copy of the shipper's passport (photo page).
• Valued inventory (optional, needed for insurance): a list of the items with their values. A1 sends the current insurance form on request.

Commercial cargo

• Commercial invoice (PDF)
• Business Number activated for export (PDF): needed when the customs value is over CAD 2,000.
